As the GTM & Revenue Enablement Partner, you will empower Sales, CS, Partner/Alliances, and GTM teams with tools, content, processes, and training. Design, rollout, and continuously improve enablement programs, including onboarding, partner training, and playbooks. You will partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and our Partner/Alliances team and improve tooling and workflows to increase seller and partner productivity.

The Manager is responsible for driving sales effectiveness and operational efficiency through training and strategic enablement initiatives. This role owns the coordination and integration of AI functionality to drive efficiencies across the entire sales process. Will work with sales leadership to consolidate insights from wins and losses and convert competitive intelligence into actionable strategies.
